The hotel is conveniently located near two restaurants, an eatery, and national parks in a beautiful area. the room was spacious and equipped with basic amenities like towels and a TV. - the staff members were friendly and welcoming. - the hotel's central location in town is perfect.

Possibly the best and comfortable stay during our holiday in the USA. Big size and fine room with a towel and a TV, for example, amicable staff. Favourable and absolutely perfect location, 5 minutes' walk to Gem Theatre. Good choice of food options relatively close to the venue.
Very small room.

I had a comfortable stay during my holiday in the USA. The room was great and the bed was extremely comfy. The clean bathroom was the best. The hotel's central setting close to Bryce Canyon was convenient, being near local shops, restaurants, national parks, and the Town Center.

kitchen
1. Bathroom is not function properly. The bathtub drains very slow and the door can't be locked. 2. The window is closed by opaque plastics.

The location was comfortable and nice, just 5 minutes walk from Gem Theatre. This hotel was in a gorgeous area so close to Bryce Canyon. There are two restaurants in town.

Nothing!
Entrance lobby dirty, shabby and equipped with second hand furniture. Manager at reception brusque and unwelcoming. Shown 'kitchen' area for guest use which had dirty worksurfaces, a filthy fridge and ancient and battered cooking equipment - not even fit for a soup kitchen for down and outs. Our bedroom was large enough, but the space between the two beds had nail clippings embedded in the carpet. Our bathmat was dirty, and on the following day my wife asked if I wanted the good news or the bad news. The good news was that while we were out the bath mat had been changed. The bad new was that this bathmat had two big holes in it. The wires to the lamp and TV were long and tangled and the plugs were battered, giving the sense that any contact with this equipment was potentially dangerous. The front of the hotel faced directly onto the main street which was a highway for large tankers and other heavy goods vehicles. The only positive thing to report about this hotel was that no self respecting bed bug would make its home there.

The motels in the same street are half price, and better service.

Room was old, but okay. Free wifi. Staff gave useful restaurant advice.
We didn't feel welcome here. At all.

It was available. Only three rooms left in town
Felt as though we weren't safe as the hotel has no exit for fire etc.

the only reason was the near to Bryce Canyon and to bit a bit less than in the lodges
wired situation with the front desk about amount (wanted to charge 10$ more), no real service. the whole town is a bit ghosty, in the morning not a friendly "hello",
